What is private space, public space, and common space? How do we position ourselves and what do we think about space? How do we inhabit these spaces? What kind of spaces do we need? What do we think about others occupying our space? Within both  physical and digital domains, we live in places where neutral space barely exists anymore. Almost all spaces are designed, ruled, politicized, or commercialized.

As the world becomes increasingly polarized, people seek digital and physical spaces in which they are able to share their opinions. This act of sharing opinions generates debate  which contributes to social polarization. This polarization divides people into black and white, pro and contra. A prime example of this kind of polarization is the  series of debates concerning LGBT rights in Indonesia  which began on Facebook in early 2016
